This is a rare piece from Betahny Lowe circa 2000. The witch boot is paper mache with a hook for hanging and has a raised vintage Halloween pumpkin insignia on the front. It measures 5 high x 6 wide and is about 3 deep. the top is open to utilize for candies or other treasures if desired.
