This is an extremely rare Bethany Lowe Santa in Balloon Ornament. Santas reindeer are grazing in the woodland realm and baby bear is tending them. Santa had no choice but to ascend in the balloon to check in on his gnome elves. This is made of paper mache and has tinsel embellished ropes. The item is quite large. 8 high x 6 wide.
